Refund policy

At FunHomes, each product is thoughtfully designed and manufactured to deliver safe, engaging, and premium play experiences for children. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return policy, as outlined below.

No Returns / No Refunds

All Fun-Homes products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for Change of mind, Incorrect selection by the customer, Space constraints or installation limitations, Aesthetic preferences after delivery, Partial use or assembly and therefore Customers are advised to carefully review product details, dimensions, safety guidelines, and installation requirements before placing an order.

Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Products (On Delivery)

We will replace parts or products only in the following cases:

·       Product received in damaged condition

·       Manufacturing defect identified before installation

·       Missing components in the delivered package

Conditions:

·       The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

·       Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared.

·       The product must be unused and uninstalled.
