Installation Disclaimer (Important)

Fun-Homes does not provide installation services. Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional . Wall/ceiling strength and suitability are the sole responsibility of the customer. Improper installation may lead to product failure or injury. No refunds, returns, or replacements will be provided for issues arising due to incorrect installation or unsuitable surfaces.

1.      Warranty Policy – 1 Year Manufacturing Warranty

All Fun-Homes products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. Warranty only Covers Manufacturing defects and   Does NOT Cover Normal wear and tear  , Damage due to misuse, overloading, or abuse , Damage caused by improper installation, Wall/anchor failure , Modifications or alterations to the product , Exposure to water, moisture, or unsuitable environmental conditions, Etc .  Warranty service will be provided by repair or replacement of defective parts, at Fun-Homes’ discretion.

No Warranty on Installation & Anchors

Anchors and fasteners supplied are standard accessories.

Fun-Homes does not guarantee performance of anchors, as their effectiveness depends entirely on Wall/ceiling material, Installation technique and Load distribution. No claims related to anchor failure or installation issues will be entertained.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • If cancellation is requested before dispatch, it may be approved at Fun-Homes’ discretion
  • Any payment gateway or processing charges will be deducted.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.\
