1.Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 10 working days after confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods

• Delivered through verified third-party service aggregators / local logistics partners.

1.       Delivery Timeline :

10-15 working days from placement of order. Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by Weather conditions, Transport delays and Regional restrictions. FunHomes will not be liable for delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are included in the product cost.

5. Order Tracking

• Website orders: Tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email once shipped.

6. Delivery Conditions

• Customers are requested to ensure someone is available to receive the order.
• In case of failed delivery attempts, re-delivery may be subject to additional charges.

7. Damages During Transit

• While we ensure proper packaging, any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
• Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
